The Colorado Trail

From Denver to Durango, the Colorado Trail travels over 500 miles past incredible vistas and spectacular fields of wildflowers. Through six National Forests, six National Wilderness Areas, crossing five major river systems, and eight Colorado state mountain ranges. The trail is divided into 33 segments, including two route choices in the middle (Colorado Trail East or Collegiate West).

The spreadsheet below details each segment, the respective mileage, elevation gain, and an approximate number of days to complete.  Two columns provide links to detailed descriptions of each segment from Colorado Trail Explorer and AllTrails.
